Shipping

All orders are posted through Australia Post and usually take between 5-7 business days to process. To ensure pieces arrive undamaged, each piece is carefully secured using recycled materials to protect during shipping.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are only accepted for damaged pieces. If your piece does arrive damaged please send an email to muguet_ceramics@outlook.com with images of the broken piece and packaging. I will replace the piece as soon as possible, but please keep in mind this may require remaking the piece from scratch.
